When you connect your Meta Ads account, UAGenius receives access to upload creatives and manage ad campaigns on your behalf. This access is granted by you during account setup and is used solely to deliver the bulk upload and campaign management features of the Service. You can revoke this access at any time via the Accounts page by clicking the Remove button, or directly via Meta's security settings.
When you connect your Google Ads account, UAGenius receives access to upload creatives and manage ad campaigns on your behalf. UAGenius's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
UAGenius uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to your connected YouTube channel as part of the Google Ads upload workflow. When you initiate a Google Ads bulk upload, your selected videos are first uploaded automatically to your connected YouTube channel before being used in your ad campaign.
UAGenius stores your YouTube channel connection details solely to enable this workflow. Videos uploaded to YouTube via UAGenius are stored on YouTube's servers and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
UAGenius does not share your YouTube channel data or uploaded video content with any third party beyond what is strictly necessary to complete the upload to Google Ads.
You can revoke UAGenius's access to your YouTube channel at any time by navigating to the Accounts page and clicking the Remove button, or directly via Google's security settings.
The Service surfaces third-party advertisement creatives ("Competitor Creatives") sourced from third-party competitive intelligence providers. These creatives are not uploaded by you and are not your personal data. UAGenius does not claim ownership of Competitor Creatives and does not store them as personal data. Users are responsible for how they reference or use Competitor Creatives accessed through the Service.

UAGenius uses third-party AI services to power certain features of the Service, including hook recreation, audio regeneration, and text variation. When you use these features, your inputs are processed by third-party AI providers solely to generate the outputs you request. Content processed by third-party AI providers is handled in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We select providers who commit to not using your content for their own model training purposes.
UAGenius does not use your data, uploaded content, or generated outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model.
